- 1 cup baby kale
- 1/2 cup blue berries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut meat
Place all of the ingredients into the blender and enjoy!
I like using frozen banana and blue berries. It makes the smoothie thick and creamy!
